We are hiring a Student Success Executive – Concierge Services to manage the student journey after admission closure and first-semester fee payment.

We are looking for professionals who can deliver premium concierge-style support, build trust with families, and ensure every admitted student feels guided and supported throughout the visa journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student cases after admission confirmation and first-semester fee payment
- Guide students and parents on post-admission process, documentation, finance readiness, and visa stages
- Follow up for pending documents, declarations, financial papers, and required submissions
- Coordinate with counselling, admissions, documentation, visa, finance, and support teams
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents until visa process is completed
- Keep proper case records, updates, and follow-up remarks in CRM / lead systems
- Ensure smooth handover back to senior counsellor after visa for remaining payment and reporting process
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, service quality, and trust-building





Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in student support, admissions, documentation, visa guidance, customer success, or coordination
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong ability to handle parents and students with professionalism and clarity
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, and disciplined
- Experience in overseas education / international admissions will be preferred
- Good command of English, Hindi, and regional language will be an advantage

Compensation: Best in industry

This is a high-responsibility role for a professional who can guide students and parents through documentation, finance coordination, visa support, follow-ups, and continuous case handling until visa outcome.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
