About The Role
We're hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to own organic growth end-to-end, not just run audits and file reports. This person will build and execute an SEO strategy tied to real business goals, work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and be the reason organic traffic actually moves. We're not looking for a checklist person; it's an ownership role.

You'll work closely with content creators, web developers, and the wider marketing team to make sure SEO best practices show up everywhere. You'll also keep an eye on the numbers, rankings, traffic, conversions, so leadership always has a clear read on what's working.
This role is for someone who gets energized by a stubborn ranking problem, who'd rather fix the root technical issue than paper over it, and who measures success by traffic and conversions delivered — not reports sent.

What You’ll Be Doing?

- Owning the SEO strategy, not just executing it: Planning, competitor analysis, KPIs, it's all yours. Not "yours to report on." Yours to drive.
- Getting the on-page fundamentals right: You'll optimize site structure, URLs, meta tags, headers,



and content for target keywords, backed by regular audits done in step with the content team.
- Building a backlink profile that actually helps: You'll run link-building strategies, foster the right relationships, and keep the backlink profile clean, because toxic links aren't worth the shortcut.
- Fixing what's broken under the hood: You'll audit for crawlability, indexability, and mobile responsiveness, chase down site speed issues, and work directly with developers to get technical fixes shipped.
- Finding the keywords that matter: You'll research high-value keywords, track seasonal and evergreen trends, and keep the target keyword database current enough to actually act on.
- Turning data into direction: You'll use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance, prepare monthly reports, and translate the numbers into what to do next.
- Making SEO everyone's job, not just yours: You'll work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams, support marketing campaigns, and train the team on SEO best practices so good habits stick.

What you bring to the table

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a solid grip on both on-page and off-page optimization
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including website audits, site speed optimization, and schema markup
- Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,



Ahrefs, or similar
- Proficiency in keyword research, content strategy, and competitive analysis
- Experience building and maintaining a healthy backlink profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented team mindset
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience with eCommerce SEO or local SEO
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar
