Job Title: Astrology Tele Consultant

We are looking for an Astrology Tele Consultant who can interact with customers over calls, understand their concerns and provide basic guidance based on astrology, horoscope and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide astrology-related guidance.
- Discuss horoscope, kundli, relationships, career and other astrology-related concerns.
- Explain astrology services and assist customers in selecting suitable services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements





- Positive knowledge of Astrology, Kundli and Numrology.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Hindi communication is required; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in astrology consultation, telecalling, telesales or customer handling is preferred.
- Freshers with good astrology knowledge and communication skills can also be considered.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with a sales-oriented approach will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.08 - ₹35,000.00 per month
