About Fireblaze Technologies

Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an ed-tech and technology services company focused on skill development, industry-oriented training, and professional growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,



and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee regularisation.

Coordinate internship and recruitment drives with colleges.

Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining daily recruitment updates.

Handle other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), or a relevant degree.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
