Job Summary

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to support our property collection activities.

You will travel to assigned locations, visit properties available for sale or rent, collect property information, take photographs and videos, and share the information with the office team.

Main Duties

- Visit properties assigned by the Zorba Estates team.
- Travel to different locations within Bengaluru for property visits.
- Contact the property owner or representative before the visit.
- Take photographs of the property using a smartphone.
- Record videos when required.
- Capture different parts of the property, including interiors, exterior, entrance, parking, and surrounding areas.
- Collect basic property information during the visit.
- Check details such as property type, location, area, price, and availability.
- Send photographs, videos, and collected information to the office team.
- Report any changes or updates related to the property.
- Keep track of completed property visits.




- Follow the daily schedule provided by the reporting team.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding property access and visit timings.
- Assist with other basic field activities related to properties when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Personal two-wheeler required.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable with regular travel within Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
- Ability to take clear photographs and videos.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru areas is helpful.

Incentives

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview assessment.
