Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Full Stack AI Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications across the frontend and backend while integrating modern AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the entire technology stack—from building intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services to developing AI-powered workflows, automation, testing, and cloud deployments.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python or Java, including Spring Boot and microservices.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs.
- Contribute to system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and clean code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

AI & Generative AI Integration

- Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into production applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, including OpenAI and other LLM-based platforms.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, and pgvector.
- Implement embeddings, hybrid search, retrieval pipelines, and model evaluation workflows.
- Build AI-powered agents and multi-step workflows using tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Explore multi-agent orchestration using CrewAI and n8n.
- Implement agent workflows involving tool usage,



task decomposition, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns.

Quality Engineering & Testing

- Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Work with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and test coverage.
- Contribute to test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and reliability issues.

Cloud & DevOps

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Support reliable release cycles and production deployments.
- Collaborate on DevOps and MLOps practices where required.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering or full stack development.
- Strong experience with Python or Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, or backend service development.
- Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design principles.
- Experience with automated testing and QA tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines,



and Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred AI & LLM Skills

Experience with some of the following technologies is highly preferred:

- Claude, GPT-4o, Codex, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding and LLM tools.
- Prompt engineering and LLM/model evaluation.
- RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector, embeddings, and hybrid search.
- LangChain and LangGraph.
- AI agents, tool calling, memory, and multi-step workflows.
- CrewAI, n8n, or other agent orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop workflows.
