IT RECRUITER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1+ Year in IT Recruitment
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Software positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and databases.
- Recruit for technical positions such as:
- Java Developer
- .NET Developer
- Python Developer
- Full Stack Developer
- DevOps Engineer
- AWS / Azure Engineer
- QA / Automation Tester
- Data Engineer
- Business Analyst
- Other IT/Software profiles
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates through the selection and joining process.




- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers regarding requirements and interview feedback.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting software developers and technical professionals.
- Positive understanding of IT technologies and job profiles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and screen resumes effectively.
- Knowledge of Boolean search / keyword sourcing is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Performance Incentives
