Job Summary

Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME ) for Absence, Time Track and Time Off

- Support and coordinate HR Systems matters such as change request and issue resolution
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes
- Maintain Workday HCM system; serve as functional and technical expert
- Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces
- Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues
- Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train user on new processes and functionality
- Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
