OPEN POSITIONS

1. Sales Consultant – Sales Department

- Experience in automobile/premium automotive sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Responsible for lead generation, test drives, follow-ups and achievement of sales targets

2. Accessories Manager – Accessories Department

- Experience in automotive accessories sales preferred
- Responsible for accessories sales, inventory, customer requirements and business targets
- Good knowledge of vehicle accessories and team management

3. Warranty Manager – After Sales

- Experience in automotive warranty operations preferred
- Responsible for warranty claim processing, documentation and BMW warranty procedures
- Coordination with Service Advisors, Technicians and BMW warranty teams

4. Customer Relations Executive (CRE) – After Sales

- Experience in customer relations,



automobile service or hospitality preferred
- Responsible for customer follow-ups, satisfaction calls, feedback and complaint coordination
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette required
