Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to contact potential customers about our construction projects (flats/plots/villas/commercial spaces), gauge their interest, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads from the company database
- Explain project details to customers — pricing, location, amenities, possession date
- Answer customer queries and clear their doubts
- Schedule site visit appointments for interested customers
- Update daily call records and customer feedback in Excel/CRM
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange site visits
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead

Requirements:

- 12th pass / Any degree
- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English
- Telecalling experience preferred
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- Patience and good convincing skills

Salary: Based on experience + incentives on lead conversion

Working Hours: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days/week]
