E-commerce Operations Intern

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to support our day-to-day online business operations. This role is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, or candidates looking to gain practical e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage basic product listings, orders, inventory, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the production/packing team for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain basic records using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist with customer queries and order-related activities.
- Support basic product content and promotional activities.
- Perform occasional field/operational work when required.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and email.




- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and coordinate with different teams.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.
