1. Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints.
2. Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
3. Motivate and coach the team to improve performance.
4. Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
5. Keep track of stock and order more when needed.
6. Make sure products are displayed nicely and neatly.
7. Reduce losses from missing or damaged items.
8. Share sales number and issues with HO.
9. Pass on updates and instruction to the team.
10. Work with are managers when needed.
Required minimum 8 years experience in apparels retail section.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
