Job Title

AGM / DGM - MEP

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - (Electrical / Mechanical)

Note: For this project, we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working on high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end MEP execution for high-rise real estate projects.
- Handle both Electrical & Mechanical services, including HT/LT, DG, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, and other building services.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and MEP site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, material approvals, and execution plans.
- Monitor project quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP services.
- Resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.
