Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- Post Diploma in Industrial Safety
- Post Graduate Diploma in Fire and Safety (PGDFS)
- Graduate Diploma
- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety & Security Management

ROLE SUMMARY:

To work with Site/Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives.
To conduct regular site inspection & monitoring of various site/factory activities.
To coordinate /conduct internal / external safety audits / inspections.
To coordinate with Site/Factory team and implement the EHS programs / initiatives.
To coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement the safety programs at site.




To assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Provide support to Site/Factory management for implementation of Safety requirements and prioritize Safety initiatives for successful delivery.
- Conducting workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identify key safety risks in the operations, and carry out risk assessments for the activities at sites.
- Identify and coordinate with different site/factory departments for safety related compliances.
- Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors.
