Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project teams. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity. Check quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project quality standards. Interpret engineering drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Monitor project progress and identify delays or site issues. Coordinate with the project manager for planning and execution. Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site safety standards. Check quantities and assist with measurements, billing, and material requirements.



Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with the concerned team. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site. Required Skills: Robust knowledge of construction methods and site execution. Good understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and billing. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage contractors and site manpower. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under project deadlines. Preferred: Experience in residential/commercial/building construction projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
