We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to manage our corrugated box manufacturing plant. You will direct all production operations, control manufacturing costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated boards and boxes. [1, 2]Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations

- Manage end-to-end factory operations, including corrugation, flexographic printing, die-cutting, slotting, stitching, and pasting.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to match customer orders and dispatch targets.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), machine downtime, and throughput to maximize capacity utilization. [1, 2]

Quality & Wastage Control

- Monitor paper specifications including GSM (Grams per Square Meter), Bursting Factor (BF), flute formation, and moisture levels.
- Enforce strict quality control protocols to maintain near-zero customer complaints and strong board bonding strength.




- Implement programs to reduce kraft paper and starch/glue wastage. [1, 2]

Maintenance & Safety

- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance schedules for corrugators and conversion machines to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Maintain a secure shop floor by enforcing factory safety rules, proper material handling, and compliance with local regulations. [1, 2]

Team & Resource Management

- Lead factory workforce, shift supervisors, and technical teams, providing continuous training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely replenishment of kraft paper reels, inks, and consumable materials. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
