Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to handle project billing, quantity measurements, subcontractor bills, client billing, and cost-related documentation for civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction measurements, BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, interim bills, and final bills.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
- Take and verify site measurements for completed works.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
- Check work quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QS teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain measurement books and billing records.
- Prepare material reconciliation and consumption statements.
- Track work progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Identify variations, extra items, and deviations from the approved BOQ.
- Assist in preparation of variation statements and additional work claims.




- Verify subcontractor work completion and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, approvals, and certifications.
- Assist the Project Manager and QS team in cost control and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing client and subcontractor bills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at construction project sites.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing/QS.
- Candidates with experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
