Job Responsibilities

- Machining Operations: Set up and operate conventional lathes to perform tasks like turning, facing, threading, boring, and grooving.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine exact specifications.
- Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, calculate correct speeds and feeds based on material type, and adjust fixtures.
- Quality Control: Measure finished components to verify they are within specified tolerances and surface finish requirements.
- Machine Maintenance: Routinely clean, oil, and troubleshoot lathe machines to ensure peak operational safety and performance.
- Onsite machining: insitu machining , shaft machining, line boring, cold cutting & beveling, flange facing, Onsite drilling & tapping.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with measuring instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, and dial gauges.

MINIMUM : 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MANUAL LATHE , DRILLING ,BORING, MILLING.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
