We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager with client servicing experience to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of events and brand activations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in event planning, costing, vendor management, and on-ground execution, ensuring smooth and high-quality delivery of projects.He should be able to coordinate with clients on their requirements and execute it efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Cordinate with clients on the event requirements
- Efficient in making ppt presentation with event details
- Coordinate with the creative team client requirements and update the ppt till the final stage
- Manage end-to-end operations of events and brand activations from planning to execution.
- Prepare detailed event costing and budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee on-ground event execution, ensuring smooth operations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.




- Coordinate closely with creative, client servicing, and production teams for seamless execution.
- Manage logistics, manpower, fabrication, and event setup requirements.
- Identify potential operational challenges and provide quick problem-solving solutions during events
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality control during event execution.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Event Management / Brand Activations / Experiential Marketing.

- Extensive experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Proven experience in vendor coordination and production management.
- Experience working with reputed event or activation agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple events and tight deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage on-ground event operations when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
