Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, GST filing, Income Tax filing, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST calculation, reconciliation, and GST return filing.
- Manage Income Tax / TDS filing and related compliance activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in audit, taxation,



and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory returns.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally / Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
- Valuable knowledge of Income Tax and TDS filing.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling audits and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
