Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall workshop & service operations
- Lead and monitor service technicians/advisors
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor workshop productivity, quality & revenue
- Handle warranty, service complaints and process compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
