Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Hindi TGT to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to middle and secondary-grade students, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assignments, and teaching resources.
- Make Hindi learning interactive, engaging, and appropriate for different student learning levels.
- Develop students' skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate students' work and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and assessments.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related literary and cultural activities.
- Integrate appropriate technology and digital resources into classroom teaching.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators in curriculum planning and school activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, school events,



and other academic responsibilities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature / Hindi-related subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teacher-training qualification is preferred/required as per school requirements.
- TGT qualification with relevant teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature, and communication.
- Good working knowledge of English is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience as a Hindi teacher/TGT in a reputed school.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and relevant qualifications may also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching Hindi, approachable, disciplined, and committed to student development. Candidates who can make Hindi learning enjoyable through activities, storytelling, literature, discussions, and technology will be preferred.
