About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Facility / Property Manager to manage property operations, maintenance, facilities, vendors, tenants and day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily facility and property operations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and housekeeping activities.
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Handle tenant queries, complaints and service requests.
- Monitor security, housekeeping and facility services.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure upkeep.
- Manage maintenance schedules and service contracts.
- Monitor expenses, budgets and facility costs.
- Maintain property records, agreements and service documents.
- Prepare facility reports and update management.

Candidate Profile:





- Graduate; MBA in Facility / Property Management preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in facility or property management.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate preferred.
- Strong vendor, contractor and tenant management skills.
- Good knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping and facility operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
