Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and HR representatives.
Identify and source current job opportunities relevant to different courses.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, aptitude tests, and other selection processes.
Share job openings and placement opportunities with eligible students.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on company requirements.
Follow up with companies regarding interview results and placement status.
Track student participation, interview status, selections, and joining status.
Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to identify placement-ready students.
Achieve monthly and yearly placement targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
