Model: nearshore or offshore; strong overlap with US Central (approx. 8a–1p CT minimum)

Level: Lead / senior configurator (owns design decisions with PMO; not a junior ticket-taker)

Must-have experience

10+ years SAP WM / LE-WM; recent S/4HANA Stock Room Management (classic WM) configuration — not “EWM only”

Full warehouse structure config: warehouse number, storage types/sections/bins, putaway & picking strategies, TR/TO, fixed-bin replenishment, posting changes

Deep integration with IM, MM, PP, SD (and QM where batch / inspection stock applies)

Manufacturing warehouse: production supply, GI to production order, GR from production, putaway, COGI / inventory accuracy issues

RF / handhelds (SAP Console, ITS Mobile, or custom RF queues) — inbound, picking, bin-to-bin, cycle count

UAT ownership: scripts, defect triage, retest, SME coaching

Cutover & go-live:



bin/inventory loads (LSMW or equivalent), physical inventory / cycle count support, hypercare

Can read existing config and stabilize mid-stream; will not rebuild from blank slate without cause

Strongly preferred

CPG, food, pharma, or discrete manufacturing warehouse experience

Batch-managed materials; inspection lot / QM handoff familiarity

Prior lead role on at least one full-lifecycle WM / Stock Room go-live on S/4 or ECC

Explicit spoken/written English for US SMEs and daily standups

Comfortable with printers/scanners, labels, and shop-floor process walkthroughs

Out of scope / do not submit

Pure EWM architects with no Stock Room Management / LE-WM depth

IM-only or MM-only resources

Candidates unavailable for US-morning overlap

Resources who need 4+ weeks of ramp before owning defects

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
