Job Responsibility

- Handle CCTV project installation and execution at sites.
- Supervise CCTV installation, testing and commissioning.
- Manage engineers, technicians and site manpower.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS and PoE switches.
- Handle cable laying, termination and testing.
- Conduct site surveys and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare basic project and installation reports.
- Coordinate with the Procurement/SCM team for required materials.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure proper quality and safety at project sites.
- Manage manpower deployment across multiple sites.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CCTV/security surveillance projects.
- Experience in Government, Defence, Smart City, Protected City or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
