Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee loan processing operations, manage a team of loan officers/coordinators, and ensure smooth client servicing. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management supervise and mentor a team of loan officers/coordinators.

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Loan Process Oversight Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan files

.Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for approvals.

Resolve escalated client queries and ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Operational ExcellenceMonitor daily workflow,



system logins, and compliance checks.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Maintain MIS reports and track loan application status.

Client Relationship Management Act as a point of escalation for client concerns.

Build strong relationships with clients and financial partners.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to company policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
