1. Carry out authorised journeys for management, staff or assigned support duties, with safe and timely travel arrangements.
2. Complete vehicle-condition checks before duty and maintain cleanliness, emergency items and required vehicle documents.
3. Maintain accurate logbook, fuel, odometer and checklist records, and coordinate servicing or repairs with Admin.
4. Plan routes and communicate delays, movement changes or vehicle constraints to the coordinating person.
5. Supervise assigned office, household or support-staff activities against the approved daily checklist.
6. Check whether cleaning, arrangements, errands or maintenance tasks have been completed and report exceptions factually.
7. Coordinate approved vendor visits,



consumables or minor support requirements without making unauthorised spending commitments.
8. Assist with authorised document delivery, scanning, printing, filing and other routine administrative errands.
9. Protect documents, property and transported materials, and maintain privacy when supporting management or household activities.
10. Escalate breakdowns, unsafe conditions, fatigue, staff shortages or unfinished tasks and provide a clear end-of-duty handover.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
