JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM Expert (CRM Lead Journey Executive)

Role Summary

The CRM Expert is responsible for managing the complete customer lead journey in the CRM, from lead allocation to booking closure support. The role ensures documentation tracking, builder coordination. The CRM Expert acts as the central coordination point between Sales, Accounts, and Operations to ensure kcomplete CRM process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer information and maintain accurate booking and customer records in CRM.
- Maintain trackers for pending and completed CRM activities.
- Ensure zero duplicate or incorrect customer records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for Management.
- Share actionable insights on CRM performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth CRM processes.




- Ensure timely resolution of CRM-related issues and maintain process compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of sales operations and customer lifecycle.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
