- Support students with special educational and learning needs.
- Prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) according to students’ needs.
- Use inclusive, activity-based and personalized teaching methods.
- Provide individual and small-group learning support.
- Develop students’ academic, communication, social and life skills.
- Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities as required.
- Monitor students’ progress and maintain proper records.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide appropriate support strategies.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers and school management.
- Encourage students’ confidence, independence and participation.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning workplace.
