Position: Floater Skin Therapist

About the Role :

Toothsi is looking for a skilled and customer-focused **Floater Skin Therapist** to join our aesthetic team. The role involves providing professional skincare treatments primarily at our clinics (80%) while also delivering home services (20%) based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should be passionate about skincare, experienced in advanced aesthetic treatments, and willing to travel between clinic and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Responsibilities (80%)

* Perform Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) treatments.

* Conduct HydraFacial and Chemical Peel procedures.

* Operate CO2 Laser, Q-Switch Laser, and Radiofrequency (RF) machines.

* Perform Microneedling (Derma Roller) treatments.

* Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures when required.

* Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables as per hygiene and safety standards.

* Update treatment records and support client follow-ups.

Home Service Responsibilities (20%)

* Travel to clients' homes to provide assigned skincare treatments.

* Carry and handle treatment equipment and consumables safely.

* Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience.





* Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines.

* Follow all company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols during home visits.

Client Care

* Conduct basic skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments as per company guidelines.

* Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and post-treatment care.

* Build strong client relationships through excellent service and professionalism.

* Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.

Eligibility

* Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field is preferred.

* Hands-on experience in Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial, and Chemical Peels is mandatory.

* Experience with CO2 Laser, Q-Switch Laser, RF, and Microneedling is an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

* Qualified appearance and customer-centric approach.

* Willingness to travel between clinics and client locations.

* Comfortable working in a floater role with approximately 80% clinic responsibilities and 20% home-service visits.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
