Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee complete restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, control costs, and drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall restaurant operations.
- Lead and supervise front-of-house and service teams.
- Plan staff schedules and allocate responsibilities.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food quality and service standards.
- Manage inventory and reduce unnecessary wastage.
- Monitor expenses and operational costs.




- Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures.
- Train and develop restaurant staff.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
