We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our architectural firm in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in quantity estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and overall project cost management for architectural and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Handle project budgeting, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and assist in procurement activities.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, executed quantities, and billing details.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and payment certifications.
- Monitor project variations, material consumption, and cost deviations.
- Maintain detailed project cost reports and related documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Running Bills verification support

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying,



or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in architectural, interior, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, estimation methods, and market pricing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of billing, tendering, and contract management processes.
- Familiarity with local vendors and construction practices in Tamil Nadu.
