DA AFK Ventures is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager with strong expertise in managing marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for multiple brands.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, promotions and inventory.
- Monitor GMV, orders, conversion, returns and overall brand performance.
- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Analyse sales data, competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cataloguing, creative, warehouse and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and business reviews.
- Resolve marketplace issues and escalations within defined timelines.
- Lead and guide the E-Commerce team to achieve assigned KPIs.




- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on E-Commerce marketplace experience.
- Strong expertise in Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon and Flipkart.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
- Positive knowledge of marketplace advertising, sales analytics and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, analytical and team-management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of sales targets and business growth.
- E-Commerce agency or fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹20,000.86 - ₹50,000.78 per month
