Position: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Location: Rama Road,Delhi
Duration: 3-6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Support attendance, leave and HRMS updates.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Support day-to-day HR & Admin activities.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
