Job Summary

Responsible for purchasing consumables, maintenance materials, calibration services, quality instruments, spare parts, and AMC services required for smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure consumables, maintenance materials, and spare parts as per requirements.
- Coordinate purchase of quality instruments and calibration services.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and service requirements.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor details.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Accounts departments.




- Ensure availability of critical consumables and spares.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective vendor negotiations.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Knowledge of Purchase processes and ERP systems preferred.

Skills Required

- Vendor management.
- Negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication.
- MS Office and ERP knowledge.
- Attention to detail.

Educational Qualification & Experience

BE (Mechanical / Supply Chain preferred).

1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
