Civil Site Engineer – Road / Highway Construction

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Location: Project Site

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily road and highway construction work.

Handle earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and other civil works.

Check line, level, alignment and quality of work.

Coordinate with labour, subcontractors and site staff.

Maintain daily progress and site reports.

Check quantities and assist in measurements and billing.

Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with QA/QC and survey teams.

Follow site safety rules and project requirements.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of road construction work.

Ability to read civil drawings.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Good communication and site coordination skills.

Willingness to work at project sites.
