Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Executives with international voice/customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent C1-level English communication, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Requirements

- C1-level English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Voice Process, or related roles
- Strong sales, objection-handling, and customer-service skills
- Good knowledge of CRM and tools used in your previous organization
- Ability to explain your previous CRM, workflow, tools, and process confidently during the interview
- Comfortable working in rotational/odd-hour shifts
- Target-oriented with positive problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer interactions through voice




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful sales
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate customer details and interactions in CRM
- Achieve individual and team sales/service KPIs
- Ensure excellent customer experience while following quality standards
