MindVectors Technologies LLP is looking for Business Development / IT Sales professionals to develop current customers across India.

We work with businesses on Microsoft 365, Azure, Zoho, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Endpoint Management, Compliance and Digital Transformation solutions.

What You Will Do

- Identify new SME and enterprise customers
- Connect with Business Owners, CXOs, CIOs, CTOs and IT Heads
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
- Understand customer requirements
- Arrange meetings, demos and solution discussions
- Coordinate with our technical and presales team
- Support proposals, follow-ups and deal closure
- Develop repeat and cross-sell opportunities

You don't need to be a technical expert. MindVectors' technical and presales team will support you.

Earnings

This is a 100% performance-linked freelance/consulting opportunity with no fixed salary.

- New Business:



2%–5% of eligible customer collections
- Repeat Business: 1%–2%
- Additional performance and strategic-solution incentives
