Key Responsibilities-

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production, planning, inventory and dispatch.
- Handle production planning and monitor daily production schedules against targets.
- Track production status, pending orders, material availability and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and analyse reports using Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other Excel functions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain production data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify production delays, shortages and bottlenecks and follow up with concerned departments.
- Maintain accurate records and support management with data analysis and MIS reporting.

Required Skills-





- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Good understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Solid analytical and data management skills.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing or Foundry industry is mandatory.
- Ability to handle production data and prepare accurate reports.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
