Key Responsibilities

- Admission & Enrollment Management
- Manage the complete admission process for students.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and enrollments.
- Team Management
- Lead and supervise admission counsellors and executives.
- Allocate leads and monitor individual/team performance.
- Set admission targets and track achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Student Counselling
- Understand students' educational and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses based on their interests and qualifications.
- Address student/parent concerns regarding courses, fees, placements, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
- Lead & Follow-up Management
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and prospective students.
- Monitor leads through CRM or admission software.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students.
- Analyze lead sources and conversion performance.

- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios.
- Identify opportunities to improve admissions and reduce drop-offs.
- Documentation & Administration
- Ensure proper collection and verification of admission documents.
- Maintain student admission records and databases.
- Coordinate fee payments, registration, and onboarding.
- Ensure admission procedures comply with institutional policies.
- Marketing & Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Participate in educational fairs, career guidance programs, school/college visits, and other admission activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market demand and student preferences.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Report enquiry numbers, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and target achievement to management.
- Analyze admission trends and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
