Job Summary:

We are looking for a Patient Care Manager to manage patient follow-ups, encourage patients for clinic visits, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls.

Convince and motivate patients for clinic visits and consultations.

Explain treatment plans, services, and Ayurveda medicines to patients.

Maintain regular follow-up with patients and update records.

Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for patient requirements.

Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and patient conversion targets.

Requirements:

Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of experience in patient care, telecalling, healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or sales.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Hindi and English required

Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
