WE’RE HIRING – BRAND COLLABORATION MANAGER

Growlouder Productions is looking for a Brand Collaboration Manager to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Find and approach relevant brands for creator collaborations
- Connect with brands through Instagram, WhatsApp, Email & LinkedIn
- Understand campaign requirements and creator suitability
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables & collaboration terms
- Coordinate between brands and creators from start to finish
- Follow up with brands and convert leads into paid collaborations
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and ongoing campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with brands and agencies
- Achieve monthly collaboration and revenue targets

Requirements:

- Good communication & negotiation skills




- Confident in talking to brands and clients
- Good knowledge of Instagram, influencer marketing & social media
- Sales/BD experience is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Proactive, target-oriented & willing to learn
