Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Blue-Collar Talent Acquisition Executive to lead bulk sourcing and hiring for our garment manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of factory shop-floor technical staff—primarily skilled sewing machine operators (tailors), line checkers, cutters, pressers, and helpers. You will work closely with floor supervisors and labor contractors to ensure continuous manpower supply and zero line-downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Grassroots & Field Sourcing: Plan and execute local hiring drives, field sourcing, village-level mobilization, and referral programs to attract skilled operators.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Partner with labor contractors, manpower agencies, and local training centers (e.g., PMKVY, ITIs) to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
- Trade Test Coordination: Organize and facilitate practical sewing/machine trade tests in coordination with Production Masters and Line Supervisors.
- Bulk Onboarding & Documentation: Oversee high-volume onboarding, document verification (Aadhaar, bank details), and initial orientation for shop-floor workers.




- Compliance & Welfare Alignment: Ensure all hiring adheres to statutory labor laws, minimum wage guidelines, PF/ESI enrollment, and company welfare policies.
- Retention & Attrition Management: Track floor attrition rates, gather feedback from exiting workers, and implement engagement initiatives to improve retention.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on blue-collar recruitment experience within garment manufacturing, textile units, or high-volume industrial setups.
- Regional Network: Robust local network of labor contractors, agents, and community contacts across key apparel sourcing clusters.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in the Hindi and regional language (crucial for floor-level interaction) along with functional Hindi or English.
- Core Competencies: High negotiation skills, strong field mobility, understanding of shop-floor roles, and expertise in high-volume hiring metrics.

Pay: ₹22,283.81 - ₹42,133.12 per month
