Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Workforce Management, MIS, Operations, or related roles
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation)
- Hands-on experience with Power Query for data cleaning and automation
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
- Understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) concepts
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable written communication (email-based coordination)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively
