Job Summary:

Thinsil Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Part time Telecaller Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle customer queries efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
- Promote products/services and encourage customer purchases.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets set by management.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
- Provide clear and concise product/service information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:



Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Language: Proficient in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (if applicable).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with politeness and persistence.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
