Position: Consultant Arthroscopy Surgeon

Job Summary

The Consultant Arthroscopy Surgeon is responsible for diagnosing and treating sports injuries and joint disorders using advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic (keyhole) surgical techniques. The role involves providing comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for knee, shoulder, ankle, wrist, and elbow conditions while ensuring excellent patient outcomes and adherence to NABH quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage sports injuries and complex joint disorders.

Perform arthroscopic surgeries of the knee, shoulder, ankle, wrist, and elbow.

Treat ligament, meniscal, cartilage, rotator cuff, labral, and tendon injuries.

Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds,



and emergency orthopaedic care.

Perform pre-operative assessment and provide post-operative rehabilitation planning.

Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anaesthetists, and rehabilitation specialists.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation, operative notes, and clinical records.

Participate in CMEs, clinical audits, NABH quality initiatives, and departmental teaching.

Provide patient education on injury prevention and recovery.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
