Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Sheet Metal / Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fabrication production activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor welding, grinding, assembly and fabrication operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Check component dimensions and fabrication quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning and Stores departments.
- Monitor rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Ensure proper use and handling of welding machines, tools and equipment.
- Maintain daily production and manpower records.




- Ensure proper material movement and work-flow on the shop floor.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of welding, grinding and assembly operations.
- Ability to handle production manpower.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and quality requirements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
