Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Vidyanagar is a reputed residential school committed to academic excellence, discipline, and value-based education. We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage and supervise hostel operations and student welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the overall safety, discipline, and well-being of hostel students.
- Stay in the hostel premises 24×7 and supervise hostel activities.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily routine of students.
- Coordinate with school management, teachers, parents, and medical staff when required.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, and hostel maintenance.
- Maintain hostel records, student reports, and incident documentation.
- Handle emergencies and provide immediate support to students.
- Guide and mentor students for character building, discipline, and healthy living.
- Supervise hostel staff and ensure smooth hostel operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

✅ Mandatory hostel/residential school experience preferred
✅ Ability to stay in hostel 24×7 (Residential Compulsory)
✅ Government holidays/leaves are not applicable
✅ Leave applicable only during Summer Vacation & Diwali Vacation (Alternative Basis)




✅ Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reports, Excel, Basic Documentation)
✅ Strong discipline, leadership, and student management skills
✅ Good communication and problem-solving ability
✅ Physically fit and able to handle hostel responsibilities
✅ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in residential schools/boarding hostels
