Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web design, and front-end development, with the ability to transform business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and digital applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Develop responsive and interactive web pages based on approved designs.
- Ensure websites provide excellent usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain consistent design systems, layouts, typography, colors, and visual standards.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Review existing websites and interfaces and recommend UI/UX improvements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, web design, and digital product trends.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience creating prototypes, design systems, and interactive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and web design projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with React, Vue.js, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI development.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience working with APIs and collaborating with software development teams.
